The staff at the service desk were very friendly. The mechanics tried to solve the error on the dashboard but couldn't but they did their best to replicate the problem. I totally understand why they couldn't fix it. Still good service overall.

The scheduled oil change and tire rotation was completed on time and the cost that was estimated at time of service. My service representative was very professional and thorough.

This was an unplanned service since the vehicle was not safe to drive. It took 1+days to get around to getting the problem analyzed. then another day to get the parts then just a few minutes to install the parts, The work was done to my satisfaction. All the personnel I dealt with were professional and courteous. Communications were handled well but updates were slow. The completion time was a day sooner than the estimate.
