Overall, it was pretty good and the fact that it gets a 3 is because of how long my vehicle was at the service center. We had an appointment for the work to be done on a Friday. Work was not complete until the following Wednesday. This was due to staff shortages from what we were told. They did give a loaner when the car was not ready at the end of Friday.

Not sure how trying to sell someone five lug but covers for $27 (that is before the silly labor charge to put these on plus tax) is doing anything other than making people have less trust in dealership service than they already do.

I scheduled my service with the VW app. I arrived for my scheduled time, they completed my service and 2 additional items within an hour or so. It was quick and easy, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

They were unprepared when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, after it was fixed, the check engine light was on. (It was not when I dropped it off). I returned immediately, and they had a technician run a diagnostic. He said he did not find any problem, and it was likely a sensor due to things that were unplugged while they were fixing the audio problem I brought it in for. He reset it and advised that if it came back on I should bring it back in to the dealership.

Terrible customer care and engagement. I will not come back. No feedback what was maintained, no details as in the past given. Have no idea if the car is in good or bad shape...First it took 4 attempts to schedule an appointment and at last the service was terrible
