    They were unprepared when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, after it was fixed, the check engine light was on. (It was not when I dropped it off). I returned immediately, and they had a technician run a diagnostic. He said he did not find any problem, and it was likely a sensor due to things that were unplugged while they were fixing the audio problem I brought it in for. He reset it and advised that if it came back on I should bring it back in to the dealership.

    Terrible customer care and engagement. I will not come back. No feedback what was maintained, no details as in the past given. Have no idea if the car is in good or bad shape...First it took 4 attempts to schedule an appointment and at last the service was terrible

    Replacement key$300 is robbery. You can buy a tablet for less. Then $190 to “program”. When buying the key everyone says they can usually program right away, not true had to make an appointment. Only appointment I could get was a week out. I show up and they tell me I can leave the car, wait but overbooked or reschedule. Really? Showed up at 9:20 and had the car back by 10. Why all the lies and why do you overprice for a key. Legit robbery at $500 , you should be ashamed.

    Overcharged for services that didn't fix the original problem. I went in because of a check engine light issue- they did a bunch of other things, and my engine light turned on within 3 days of the service.

    Love the suv has a lot of safety . Built in I do wonder why . There are no turn signals in the mirrors . I do believe it would be better . Thanks

    The service was fine. I didn't appreciate the guy pitching everything to get serviced on the vehicle, like he was licking his chops to make a sale on service for the vehicle. I also felt like 2 hours to get the oil changed and to patch a tire is crazy. I could understand an hour, maybe hour and a half, but not 2 hours.

    The VW dealer is located very close to me home and I previously purchased a car from them. The staff were responsive and friendly, and the manager was also helpful with negotiations and communication. They gave me a fair trade value for my car which was appreciated. I didn’t feel pressured and didn’t have to wait around for an excessive amount of time in the dealership. I have 2 young kids who are quite rambunctious and the manager was very patient and kind with them. The sales associate took his time to walk me through all of the tech in my new car and was very knowledgeable about the features.

    I and my like our new . Taos it’s are first vw . Had a little problem the rear view mirror . Was not secure it was loose . Took to dealer 9 days later and was fixed . Also noticed we was charged for first aid kit . But it was not in vehicle . Other than that we like our suv .
