I chose this reading due to the fact that I love the video feedback on my car, but when I was in, it did not work and I did not understand why when the car was in the yellow on my brakes how come they did not bring it to my attention

I've not been satisfied with service from this location since I bought the car new in December 2023. First, there was (still is) a transmission issue within the first 5K miles of owning the car, I made them aware of it not downshifting fully when decelerating close or to a full stop, then when accelerating again it tries to pull away still in 2 or sometimes even 3rd gear putting lots of strain on the motor and torque converter just to get out of its own way. I have a suspicion the trans will lose something within the first 50-60K miles. I was told then that its perfectly normal and is what it is. I've owned, build, and worked on many cars in my 26 years of driving and not once have I ever experienced something like this in any car I have ever owned. Secondly, nearly every experience at the service counter or over the phone, there seems to be some confusion over what warranties I bought over and above the factory to cover most, if not all expenses required within the first 60K miles of owning this car. When I purchased the vehicle and went through financing with Erick Henize, I bought an extended warranty to 75K, then an additional term protection package that covered all normal wear and tear items, and another additional package that covered all the oil changes and tire rotations until the car hits 60K miles. Somehow this information isn't easily attainable through your computer system to the point that the service writer argued with me about me only having a certified pre-owned car, and it wouldn't cover tire rotations and oil changes, etc. This last service appointment I had to call Erick personally to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and he then reaffirmed me that I did in fact purchase all this additional coverage when I bought the car New with 6 miles on it. Thirdly, on this last visit I asked them to look at why my car was making so much tire noise as its only 16 months old with only 28K miles on it and the tires still look fairly new. The response I get from the tech next day is a video saying that all tires, suspension and steering components all check good. When I picked the car up, I was informed car is good to go, and there is nothing more than just normal wear and tear on the vehicle. If this were the case, why are my tires so loud?? I asked this question I get virtually no response, ITS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. I fully believe your service writers either don't know what they're talking about, don't know how to answer it, or they just simply don't care. Not satisfied after a couple of weeks of pure frustration driving my car around with it sounding like a 95 Toyota Tacoma with 35inch Super swampers on it, I called and talked to Lisa the service manager from the Kings store and brought my car to them on Monday afternoon because she said she would personally look at the car herself an drive it and get back with me. Today a service writer got back with me, not Lisa, so I can only assume she hasn't taken the car for a drive herself personally, but the writer told me that they found that my 2 front tires are cupping quite bad and that what's causing the extreme tire noise. 1. How did the service tech from your store miss this, especially after asking specifically about this issue? 2. How many other things are being missed or have been missed during my 10, 20 and 30K mile services? I bought and paid for all the extra services the day I bought the car so that there aren't all of these unexpected issues and costly repairs, especially ones out of my own pocket. The next question is? What's to be done with the car now? Cleary something is wrong with my 16month old car or else my tires that still have 75% of their tread life wouldn't be junk. Why should I have the burden of replacing 2 practically new tires out of my pocket on a car that has an obvious VW issue outside of my control that will again just wear the new tires right back out because the underlying issue is still there.
